About Two Brothers Dumpsters

Tulsa is the second-largest city in the state of Oklahoma, with a population of about 400,000 people. Located in the northeastern part of the state, in the Green Country region, Tulsa is known for its oil industry, arts and culture, and diverse economy.

The city has a rich history that dates back to the late 1800s. One notable part of Tulsa’s history is the Greenwood District, which was once known as the “Black Wall Street.” This area was a thriving center of African American business and culture in the early 20th century, but it was destroyed in the tragic 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, in which a white mob attack resulted in the deaths of hundreds of African Americans.

Today, Tulsa is a vibrant and thriving city. It is home to a number of attractions and landmarks, including the Philbrook Museum of Art, which features a collection of art from around the world, and the Tulsa Arts District, which is a vibrant area with a variety of galleries, studios, and theaters. The city is also home to Oral Roberts University, a private Christian university founded by evangelist Oral Roberts.

Tulsa’s economy is diverse and driven by a number of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, and education. The city is home to a number of large companies, such as American Airlines, Williams Companies, and Oral Roberts University, which employ many of the city’s residents. In addition, Tulsa has a thriving small business community, with a number of independent retailers, restaurants, and other businesses located throughout the city.

In terms of education, Tulsa is home to a number of public and private schools, including elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as community colleges and technical schools that offer a range of educational programs. The city also has a number of parks and green spaces, including Mohawk Park and River Parks, which offer a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities.

Overall, Tulsa is a diverse and dynamic city with a lot to offer residents and visitors alike. It has a strong economy, a thriving arts and culture scene, and a number of amenities and attractions that make it a great place to live, work, and raise a family. Whether or not Tulsa is the right place for you will depend on your individual circumstances and priorities, but it is definitely worth considering as a potential destination.
